Returns & Refunds Policy Bigfisch Projects

 

At Bigfisch Projects, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with documents, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 169 Herman Street, Meadowdale, Johannesburg.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 (Seven) days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

Non-returnable Items

- Customized or personalized items.

- Items purchased on sale or with a discount.

- Services that have already been performed.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bigfisch.co.za or +27 10 500 0254 with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 14 (Fourteen) business days.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@bigfisch.co.za.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@bigfsich.co.za or +27 10 500 0254. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Shipping Errors and Damaged Items

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery. We will investigate damages and if damages occurred while product was in our possession, you will be contacted for arrangements on a replacement or refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
