Below, you will find the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.
General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and place an order on your behalf. Should you wish to cancel your order a refund of the total amount of your order will be done, using the original method of payment.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website and at our warehouse are available for delivery, and delivery costs will be calculated according to the weight, dimensions and distance of your order.
Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 (Five) business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Fridays after 12:00, on Saturdays and Sundays.
Delivery Instructions
Delivery instructions are guidelines provided by the customer to ensure that their order is delivered according to their specific preferences or needs. Here’s a detailed example of how you (The Customer) might provide delivery instructions for an order:
Address Verification
Ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and includes any necessary suite or apartment numbers.
Mention landmarks or other identifying details if the address might be difficult to locate (e.g., "The house with the red door, second on the left after the gas station.")
Contact Information
Provide a reliable phone number and/or email address where you can be reached in case the delivery driver has questions or needs further directions.
Delivery Time
Specify preferred delivery times if the delivery service allows scheduling (e.g., "Please deliver between 2 PM and 4 PM.")
If delivery should be avoided during certain hours, mention this explicitly (e.g., "No delivery before 10 AM or after 8 PM.")
Placement of Items
Provide specific instructions on where to leave the package if you won't be home (e.g., "Please leave the package behind the flowerpot on the front porch.")
Indicate whether the item can be left with a neighbour or a leasing office and provide the necessary contact details or locations.
Special Considerations
Include any additional instructions that might be relevant, such as "Use the side gate; the front gate is locked," or "Beware of the dog in the front yard."
If the package is particularly large or heavy, inform the service if there are restrictions on where a delivery truck can go. If a Forklift is required to offload your order, please ensure this is arranged before our truck arrives onsite.
Security and Safety
If living in a gated community or secured building, provide access codes or buzz-in information to ensure the delivery person can access the delivery location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, distance and the delivery method. Should you be placing an order directly with our warehouse, shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery method as well as distance and added to your quote.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges.
