The Solis S6 Pro 16kW is the high-power sibling of the S6 Pro single-phase LV range delivering 16kW of continuous AC output for large residential properties and small commercial premises with substantial energy loads.

Built on the same S6 platform as the 12kW model (model: S6-EH1P16K03-NV-YD-L), it steps up battery current to 290A and solar input capacity to 25.6kW while retaining the same three-MPPT architecture, IP66 enclosure, and NRS 097-2-1 certification.

For high-consumption homes, guesthouses, or small businesses that need maximum backup capacity and solar self-consumption, the S6 Pro 16kW delivers the full S6 feature set at the top of the single-phase LV range.

16kW Single-Phase Output with 3-MPPT Solar Input

• Rated Output: 16kW continuous single-phase AC output (L/N/PE, 220V/230V). Three independent MPPT inputs allow solar strings in different orientations or under varying shading to be managed separately — maximising harvest across the full array without compromise.

Max 25.6kW PV Array — 550V Max Voc

• PV Input: Accepts up to 25.6kW of solar input across 3 MPPTs (2 strings each, 6 strings total), with a maximum open-circuit voltage of 550V and an MPPT operating range of 80–520V. Supports recommended array sizes up to 32kW for optimised energy yield on larger rooftops.

LV Battery Support — 290A Continuous Charge/Discharge

• Battery Compatibility: Compatible with 48V nominal (40–60V) lithium-ion and lead-acid battery banks. Supports up to 290A continuous charge and discharge current — higher than the 12kW model — enabling faster battery cycling and greater overnight backup capacity. CAN and RS485 communication ensure compatibility with all major 48V battery brands.

Sub-10ms UPS Backup & 200% Overload Capacity

• Backup Performance: Switches from grid to battery backup in under 10ms — effectively uninterruptible for most sensitive equipment. Delivers 200% of rated power (32kW) for 10 seconds during backup mode, enabling reliable startup of pumps, compressors, pool motors, and heavy household loads without tripping.

Generator Integration, Peak Shaving & Parallel Operation

• Advanced Functions: Supports multiple generator connection methods with automatic start/stop control for seamless hybrid microgrid operation. Built-in peak shaving reduces energy costs in both self-use and generator modes. Up to 6 units can be stacked in parallel for larger system configurations.

7-Inch LCD, Bluetooth & SolisCloud Monitoring

• Monitoring & Control: 7-inch LCD display with Bluetooth connectivity to the Solis Home app. RS485 communication supports the SolisCloud platform for AI-assisted energy management, real-time performance data, and fault diagnostics. Optional Wi-Fi, cellular, and LAN modules are available.
